GETTING YOU IN FRONT OF THE BIG-NAME AND HIGH-STREET BRANDS
As an influencer we know it’s difficult to get your name in front of big clients like Next and M&S; it’s often difficult to find the right person at a brand to contact, or the right channel to contact them through, and then you don’t want to appear too desperate or enthusiastic!

By setting up on collabs you get your name in front of the right people, at the right time and if you’re successful, then you’ll be getting your name in front of the brands, on a regular basis.

Brands tell us that they get 10-100’s of approaches a day from influencers who “would like to do a collab” and most of them are ignored. It’s not that those brands don’t want to do a collab; they all do. But they want to choose a time for the collab that fits in with their schedule - they are very very busy people – and they want to be able to see quickly who fits their target demographic and they want to see how the influencers have performed for previous brands in collabs.
PROMOTING YOU TO THE BRANDS
We want you to succeed, and we’ll help you as much as possible to get the collabs that are right for you.

With PRShots Collabs you get to get your details in front of the brands 24/7, they can see who you are, they can select you on a number of different criteria (age, reach, effectiveness, past success) and they can easily contact you and allow their colleagues to see you too.

But we don’t just stop there. We don’t just want influencers who have the big numbers; we also want to show the brands influencers who influencers who are able to create beautiful and eye-catching content.

We will also be doing a regular weekly newsletter to all of the brands on PRShots Collabs to highlight new users joining the service and show the successes from influencers on completed collabs.
MAKING NEGOTIATION AND MANAGEMENT EASY
With PRShots Collabs the brands can easily contact you via the Collabs messaging centre and they can share the details with their colleagues so they always see the most up to date information and nothing is lost in personal emails/WhatsApps/DMs etc.

Everything about the collab is kept on the portal, so you can view and manage everything about the collab eg messages, contracts, ideas, documents all in one single place, so nothing is hidden, files and messages aren’t lost in spam, or sent to the wrong person and if there’s an issue later on it’s simple and easy to find who said what, and when.

No, it’s completely free. There is no charge for using the service, and there never will be. Our sister service PRShots has been a free service to media and influencers for over 20 years, and we don’t plan on breaking that model ever.
We’re not an agency. We make our revenue from the brands who sign-up to PRShots Collabs or PRShots, and we charge either by the collab or by the month – we’re very reasonable. You can charge what you want; we leave the haggling up to you.
We are signing up brands, and we will be scoring those brands regularly on payments to media and influencers on a regular basis. When you complete a collab, you will get an email from us to score the brand, and we will then follow that up with subsequent emails to check that they have paid on time. If they’re not paying on time, then we can – and will - suspend the service. We will also be adding a score and comments for each brand on payment and overall satisfaction so you can see upfront the brands' attitude to payment.
It’s a simple form it shouldn’t take more than five minutes to complete, and we only ask questions that are relevant. The more you fill in on the form, the better your chances of getting a collab are. Don’t skimp on anything, add as many links and descriptions of previous collabs that you can. Collecting your social data can take some time to come through. Currently, we track the last 30 days of data so much of you social data will not be immediately viewable to the brands.
We will not pass on your details to anyone other than the brands who are signed up and are using the service. We will not resell or share your data with any third-parties. Your personal data is safe with us.

All negotiation around the collaboration is between you and the brand. We just provide the platform so that you can connect to the brand. We recommend that you should make payment timeframes and any targets clear in the initial collab negotiation. We will be adding a scoring system for influencers to mark brands after a collab, and prompt payment will be one of the metrics we have in the scoring system.
Normally brands will collate responses from influencers over a few days or a week – depending on the collab deadline - and will then look at the responses and get back to those chosen. Some of the collabs will be oversubscribed and there may be too many responses for them to get back to everyone. If you haven’t heard anything then assume that you probably haven’t been chosen.
You may get some feedback, social media managers at brands, particularly large brands are very busy so you’re unlikely to hear back. If you didn’t meet the initial criteria for the collab and you haven’t heard back then you can assume that they were looking for candidates with the exact criteria they specified in the collab.
The brand will contact you via the platform and you can then provide additional information should they need it. You should negotiate on the platform that way you can have all of the information in one place. Make sure you negotiate a cost for your services and include some metrics in the negotiation around what the success of the collaboration will be measured by eg number of tweets, images posted on Instagram, likes etc so that the success of the collaboration can be measured and your contribution rewarded.
There’s no limit on the number of collaborations you can apply for. Be realistic, if you’re accepted for them all will you be able to do the work? If you don’t meet the collab criteria then only apply if you think there’s something unique that you can bring to the collab. The brands can block influencers if they think you are applying for too many collaborations that aren’t relevant to the influencer.
